Over the course of 2-1/2 years, Landmark Construction is constructing The Standard at Dinkytown, a 17-story building with many unique and challenging elements. This past year, we got to learn about and see many of the geotechnical and foundational elements of the project. Please join the third construction tour in the series, where you will learn and see a variety of the vertical stages of high-rise construction.
This tour will emphasize the following:
1. Previous Tour Synopsis - How to prepare for building this building, How a building safely stands (The Foundation, Post-Tension Concrete, etc.)
2. MEPF - How a building safely works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection)
We hope to see you there! If you are unable to attend, stay tuned for the next installments of this series as the project progresses - we will be covering many disciplines and construction processes over time!
