The Minnesota Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE-MN) offers corporate sponsorship to any official or employee of a governmental agency, manufacturer, vendor/supplier, contractor, or consulting firm that serves the field of civil engineering.

We have three levels of Sponsorship for 2026: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Bronze (Section) Sponsor ($700)

Thank you for considering your annual sponsorship of the Minnesota Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Your generous and tax-deductible sponsorship helps our Section host monthly events as well as larger events such as our Annual Banquet and Member Appreciation Event. As a Bronze (Section) Sponsor:

  • You support Section activities and student scholarships

  • Your company logo will be featured:

    • Within the ASCE-MN newsletters (published quarterly).

    • At monthly section meetings

    • Displayed with a website link on the ASCE-MN website

  • You are eligible to apply for ASCE-MN’s Project of the Year award

  • You may submit one article for our monthly newsletter during the course of the year

  • You are welcome to join ASCE-MN for our volunteer day at the Science Museum of Minnesota, where your company may host a booth with volunteers

Silver (Report Card) Sponsor ($1200)

In 2026, ASCE-MN is putting out a Report Card for Minnesota's Infrastructure. Leaders in our state look to ASCE to provide an unbiased, timely, quality look at the state of infrastructure in Minnesota every 4 years. Our Report Card has bolstered the relationship between legislators and the engineering community and lent credibility to infrastructure needs. It has reach beyond ASCE and the civil engineering community, and is continually used to support advocacy at the state and federal level. Your sponsorship of this large undertaking will help pay for design cost done out of house, printing cost, and the cost of hosting an event during the 2026 legislative session at the State Capitol. As a Silver (Report Card) sponsor:

  • Your logo will be displayed at ASCE MN Report Card events

  • You will have exclusive access to the MN Report Card Press Release Event in spring 2026

  • We will supply you with up to 25 free Report Card brochures after the release event (as requested)

Gold (Banquet) Sponsor ($1700)

At ASCE-Minnesota's Annual Banquet, we welcome exemplary students of Civil Engineering as well as industry professionals and a speaker from ASCE National to an upscale evening event and present awards to deserving individuals and projects. This is one of the events we find most important to the industry and profession, and your sponsorship of the event will help ensure we can continue to provide scholarships to the best civil engineering students in the state of Minnesota.
